With beginnings in indoor volleyball, Hochevar’s illustrious career on the hard floor has helped launch her into the upper echelon of the professional beach volleyball elite.
As a former 2-time indoor All-American at Long Beach State University (1999-2002), U.S. National Team Member (2002-2004) and Olympic Alternate (2004), Hochevar laid the ground for a competitive and exciting career on the beach.
After AVP Salt Lake City in August of 2013, Hochevar has now made 3 finals appearances on the domestic professional beach tour. With beach partner and UCLA alum, Lauren Fendrick, Hochevar is now a U.S. National Team Member in Beach Volleyball after spending the last 3 years compiling points and top finishes on the FIVB World Tour, and 9 years battling up the ranks within the AVP, arguably the world’s toughest domestic competition. As a 2012 Olympic Alternate, Hochevar is on the cusp of achieving the Olympic dream in 2016.
